Manufacturer The legal manufacturer named on the declaration of conformity.

Manufacturing place Country or facility the battery was manufactured in.

Manufacturing date Not a shape requirement — recorded for the passport's provenance.

Battery chemistry e.g. NMC811, LFP, NCA.

Rated capacity Nominal energy capacity, with unit.

Carbon footprint

Total Carbon footprint per kWh, per the EU Battery Carbon Footprint methodology.
