An introduction establishes a connection. Permission to represent someone or access their information is granted separately, for the work involved.

Today, the browser Wallet makes the active organisational context visible. The portable mandates, delegation chains and the complete evidence receipt are not yet available in this public surface. The progression above describes the intended operating model. An internal role and a portable mandate remain distinct forms of authority.
